What was the highlight of Incheon Airport Capsule Hotel No.1

It was perfect.

Reception is at the second floor. And there is free shuttle bus from airport to get there. Perfect stay. The woman from reception upgraded our room for free. And they offer literally everything. shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush and toothpaste even skincare products. You don't need to unpack your things at all.

Nice and cozy hotel

Very nice hotel with beautiful and spacious rooms. In fact, it's more an apartment than a regular hotel room. The bed is comfortable, the shower is nice, there's a big TV and a kitchen. The room was clean and very cozy and the staff is gentle and helped us with many informations.

After getting to room all was good

Nice clean spacious room that was quiet. Friendly staff that was helpful.

Very hard to find the hotel. My wife caught a cold from us roaming around trying to locate hotel after getting off airport shuttle bus at 11 p.m at night in 2 degrees Celsius weather.

I loooveee the decorations in this room...

The location was easy to access. I take a taxi here cuz it passed 2 am and there’s already no airport bus available. Our flight got delayed but the staff already msj me the door code. She also called our room the nx morning before checked out to make sure we’re check in and also kindly told us the airport bus stop location. I’m very satisfied with the room and the staff.. u very nice tq P/S : your first room number is your room floor. We got confused and try to open someone’s room.. kekeke.. thank god the room guest not mad.. after asking a man at the front desk at the hall we got to go to out room.. fuhh

Cozy room, close to the airport, bit difficult to find by night but best value for money!

I arrived pretty late and the staff waited for me until almost 1 o'clock in the morning. The "reception" is just a room but the check in was fast and smooth and at the desk the nice woman already prepared my invoice as request. Apart for the not so bright entrance and building lights and the bit creepy corridors, the room was really wide and cozy and with everything you might need, clean sheets and towels and (thank god) a couple of water bottles in the fridge that I was so grateful to find since I was too tired to get out again to go the convenience store. Bathroom was clean with a good shower with shampoo and other soaps provided. For this price I couldn't expect more and plus it is really close to the airport, proabily not even 7 mins ride on bus (just be careful to get off and get on the shuttle bus on the opposite side of the street). I think I will come back and stay here again in the future!

The building is a bit creepy if you arrive late night as I did, and I have to be honest it was not easy to find. I took the shuttle bus and there were no signs for the stop I have to get off ( i just knew it was the second one after the Hyatt Hotel one, but the bus didn't stop at that first one and the rude driver didn't know a word of english even if the name of that station is Internation Business Center, in English). I would like the hostel to be more pushy and ask shuttle bus service to be more clear about it. Plus the explanation on how to arrive to the hotel weren't clear and didn't say "you have to go on the other side of the street to find our hotel"). I am writing this just to improve the service provided by the hostel, but I know it is not their fault and responsability.

Quaint room in an excellent location if you are just looking for a layover rest.

The location was two stops from the airport. There was a massage chair in the room I didn't count on. It was a nice bonus.

A sign in the lobby might have helped with being sure it was the correct location, but overall it was moderately easy to find.

It's very difficult to find the hotel.....Booking.com give wrong name of this hotel....

With same address ..Actually name of this hotel is NUMBERONE GUEST HOUSE...is located in Sky world bld (2nd floor)...there is HU HOTEL in that building. You can get the elevator directly n go to second floor and find the door taged NUMBERONE GUEST HOUSE (The receptionist room). Take free Airport shuttle bus from Terminal 1 , get off at in front of Hu Hotel ( SKY WORLD bld).

My favourite place that I have EVER stayed in and I travel the world ! 100% Recommend.

Actually speechless. Fell in love the moment I walked into the door, I felt like a princess and I didn't want to leave. 100% booking again for same time next year!! LOVED IT!

There was nothing I disliked, however the ONLY thing I would suggest is to have knifes, forks, chopsticks and plates etc. within the rooms, even if they are disposable ones. All the facilities were there, however we made our food and realised there was nothing to put it on or to eat it with. Luckily in the 24 convenient store downstairs we could purchase the disposable cutlery, however would be nice to have them already in the room. Apart from that, EXCELLENT!!!!

Perfect for a night close to the airport

Room was big and very well equipped! There was a massage chair in the room! We came after two days of snowboarding so I almost cried if happiness when I saw that chair haha check in/out very easy, everything is just super convenient!

It’s a bit strange because it looks a hotel inside a hotel but if you follow their instructions you won’t have problems find it !
